Delivery Time:
Your order is shipped within 48 business hours.
The delivery times provided during checkout are estimates made by our delivery partners and are not guaranteed.
Qoumashy is not responsible for any potential delivery delays. No compensation claims can be made in such cases. Delivery times are typically 48 to 72 business hours (for France) with one of our partners once your order is dispatched (if a product is out of stock in our inventory and even with suppliers, we will immediately inform you and offer an exchange or refund).
Default shipping is via parcel delivery with our partners, and we reserve the right to change the delivery method with a refund of the difference. You can choose your type of delivery by emailing us to determine the exact delivery charges.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in product delivery cannot entitle the buyer to: compensation; or order cancellation.
Buyers outside France are fully responsible for paying VAT (if applicable), export taxes and fees, and all purchase processing fees. The buyer assumes full responsibility for transport risk and security. Delivery of the product must occur within a maximum of 30 days from the day following the consumer's order payment, failing which the contract may be terminated, and refunds issued;
Best Practices Upon Receipt in Case of Damage: In the presence of the delivery person or at the post office:
- The apparent condition of the package: If the delivery is non-compliant
- Specify on the delivery slip the problem encountered: damaged packaging, broken warranty seal, leakage…
- Refuse the package, clearly indicating the reasons
- Qoumashy is in no way responsible for indirect damages (once you accept the package).
Note: The mention "under reservation" (or unpacking) is not accepted as a guarantee of damage recovery. (Package reception is the responsibility of the recipient). In the event of loss, damage, deterioration, or theft of the package, Qoumashy cannot be held responsible; the customer should inform us and also contact the postal service at 3631 to file a complaint. For any complaints, the consumer must send a letter by any means, including email. For any reason, parcels returned to the sender, without fault on Qoumashy's part, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer or submit a claim to the postal service at 3631 to obtain any potential compensation. Return Period:
The consumer has a period of 14 working days from the delivery of their order to return, exchange, or receive store credit for products that do not suit them. The product must be returned in good condition, complete, and unused. The order reference and refund request must be clearly stated in the return package. The product must be in its packaging, with its label, and in very good condition. The product must be returned with the carrier we provide; return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason the customer cancels their order or part of it, shipping costs will be due (Applicable for waived shipping costs; if the customer received waived shipping costs conditional on an amount, and they cancel their order or part of it, the waived shipping costs will be due and deducted from the refund).
If any of these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be processed.
Once received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Exchange:
If you wish to change the size or model, you must return the product with the carrier we provide and meet the aforementioned conditions, indicate what you would like instead. Once received, we will send you a payment link for the shipping costs of the new shipment. After payment, we will send your order.
Availability:
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the Qoumashy website and subject to available stock. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email.
Your order will be automatically canceled, and no bank debit will be made. Additionally, the Qoumashy website is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Therefore, the Managing company reserves the right to refuse orders for identical items.
