a. How do I place an order?
- Click on the desired item, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to purchase, go to “My Cart” at the top right of the website and click “CHECKOUT”. At that point, you will need to fill out some information to create an account or log into an existing account. Choose your shipment method and method of payment and checkout. b. I do not have a credit card. How can I still purchase your products?
- You can pay with PayPal. Don’t have an account? You can create one, it’s easy!
c. How do I use my coupon code?
- Be sure to enter it during the checkout process.
d. I have more than one coupon code. Can I use them in the same order?
- You can only use one coupon code per order.
ORDER SHIPPING
a. Do you ship to my country?
- Yes. We ship worldwide.
b. How long do I have to wait to receive my parcel?
- We ship out orders within 1 business day (same day and next day shipping).
- Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your country or region and the shipping method you chose.

c. How much does shipping cost to my country?
- We charge flat rate shipping. The shipping rate depends on your location

- We’ve already taken into account that everybody loves the cheapest shipping rates possible and we’ve adjusted our shipping rates to reflect this. Please note that you can get FREE Shipping on orders over a specific amount:
ORDER STATUS
a. What is the status of my order?
- You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed and another e-mail letting you know that your order was fulfilled and shipped
- You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and checking order status.
b. Has my order been shipped yet?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.
c. What does awaiting fulfilment/awaiting shipment mean?
- Awaiting shipment/awaiting fulfilment means your order has not been shipped yet. Hang tight, it will be shipped soon!
d. What does shipped/fulfilled mean?
- Shipped/fulfilled means your order has been shipped. You can now track your order. See order tracking in the FAQ for details.
e. How long does it take to ship my order?
- We ship out orders the same day if shipped before 1 pm EST or the next day for orders shipped after 1 pm EST.
ORDER TRACKING
a. Does my order come with a tracking number?
- All orders come with a tracking number. It will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
b. How do I track my order?

c. I cannot see much information regarding my order. Can you tell me what’s going on?
- Please allow 24 hours for status updates to begin after receiving your tracking code.
ORDER CHANGES/ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED)
a. I need to make a change to my order. Can you make the change?
- Yes in most cases. As long as your order hasn’t been packed we can most likely make the change you are requesting. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and 'ORDER CHANGE' in the subject.
b. Can you cancel my order?
- Yes in most cases. As long as your order hasn’t been packed we can most likely cancel your order. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and 'CANCELLATION' in the subject.
c. I forgot to apply a discount code. Can you add it for me?
- As long as you placed your order when the code was valid and contact us within 48 hours, we will add it for you or refund the difference.
ORDER ERROR/ORDER FIXING (AFTER IT IS RECEIVED)
a. I received my order and there is an error. Can you fix it ASAP?
- Yes, we will fix it. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail.
GUARANTEED SATISFACTION/RETURNS/REFUNDS
a. I got a refund. How long does it take for the funds to show up in my account?
- As soon as we issue a refund, you should get a refund notification immediately. Funds can take a few business days to show up in your account depending on the provider.
b. I received my order and I am not satisfied with something. Can I return a product or products or get a replacement?
- Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Send us an e-mail with your reason and order number as soon as possible. Once approved, you can mail the return with the address provided on the package and provide us with the tracking number. Please do not return until you get an approval e-mail.
STOCKING/RESTOCKING
a. When will you restock *a specific hijab wrap/specific product*?
- We cannot give an exact date, but we send out an e-mail to all our subscribers when we have major restocks.
- Please check our website at that time.
b. Can you stock/restock *a specific pattern, colour, size, shape, fabric*?
- Send in your suggestion. We take all suggestions into consideration.
- If your suggestion is a totally new design, it might take time to introduce it into a new collection.
- If your suggestion was part of an older collection or one we’ve carried before, you may see it on the website the next time we restock
c. Can you notify me when you *a specific hijab wrap/specific product*?
- Unfortunately, as of now, we cannot send personal e-mails to notify you once items are restocked. We are looking into adding a wish list which will send automated notifications for the product you have your eye on.
- If you are on our e-mail list we will send an e-mail updating you.
CURRENCY/CONVERSION
a. How can I see prices in my currency?
- Use the toggle at the top right of the website to view prices in different currencies. Not all world currencies are available but there are sufficient options.
b. Which currency will I be charged in?
- You will be charged the rate that appears in your currency. Please be sure to check the currency abbreviation next to each product price to ensure you are looking at the right price for your currency.
c. Why does it switch to USD at checkout?
- Because we cater worldwide, we use USD as our base currency.
e. Can you calculate the total in my currency?
- Please look at the total provided before the very last step in the checkout process. It will be in the currency you selected. Your final invoice will be in USD.
